does steam family sharing share cloud files?
ive heard steam has family sharing that shares games, but do the cloud files of the game sync or like transfer to the other family member?

Steam Family Sharing lets you share games, but cloud saves don’t sync between accounts. Each user has their own local saves, so progress isn’t shared. If you want to share progress, you’d have to manually transfer save files, but this isn’t officially supported.
