Contact Steam support
Hello, I can find no way under support to contact a human being for my problem. Under account settings I all so have no option to change which accounts are linked to my Steam account. So what should I do about this problem?

Seems Steam no longer is providing human help for account problems, as I can find no way under support to contact them about this problem. In stead they just send her to the forums for help. I am really frustrated right now that Steam has made it so difficult for me to remove accounts I no longer want linked to my account. I do not use the Family settings as I am the sole owner of the account and no one else has access to my Steam account.

There's no linking done on Steam's side so there's no page for it to exist.

Any accounts you have linked to Steam must be dealt with on those account's actual pages/sizes/support.

Entertain the possibility account linking isn't managed by Steam. It's not a two way street. EA/Ubisoft/Rockstar etc aren't going to let Valve modify their user accounts or vice versa. And that's ultimately what linking is. You have to manage links from the account they were initiated from.

Well it is usually hard to get support for something that's not supported. All getting in contact with support in this instance would do would get you a sorry, "We don't do that, it's not how it works, sorry for your misunderstanding. Here's a FAQ you won't find helpful if you're stuck on the idea it's Valve's responsibility."

Valve is a lazy company, good luck!

But not as lazy as users relying solely on assumptions.
Sorry but this is Valves responsibility. You telling me I can not remove digital stores where I have purchased games and companies like Epic Games which I have linked to my Steam account is wrong. I should be able to unlink these businesses from with in my account.
How do you expect Valve to unlink something that was done by Epic? Should someone from Valve HQ meander over to Epic HQ and just waltz into their server room to do it?
Thank you Snapjak, wish I lived in the EU as I could complain to some one in government. So that some one could look into this problem for me. As Steam should be providing us a way to do this from with in are Steam accounts. Sadly I live in Canada so there is no one to hold companies like Steam accountable for not providing this feature like they should be. As it stands because Steam does not provide this service I will not be able to get my Steam account removed from the store it is linked to likely as it is tied to an email account I don't recognize and have no access to.

Had the same issue not being able to find the contact but figured it out. You gotta go to Help - Steam Support - Steam Community - I need help with something not listed here. Then there should be a button to click to actually submit a ticket. Hope this helps!
I don't think you're understanding what's been said.

There is NO information on Valve's end as to what you've linked. It's all done on every other service's end.

If you linked your Steam account to EGS that's on Epics end. Same for Discord youtube EA Ubisoft GMG etc.
I do get what your saying. Steam is offering us the ability to link our account with other business even though they do not officially support this. As a result we have no way of keeping an easy way of keeping track of who we have linked our account to. As well Steam has chosen to make it complicated for us to unlink our accounts from the businesses we have linked our accounts to. As in this case my account is linked to businesses via an email account that has since been deleted for security purposes, leaving me with no way to unlink my account.

Valve allows devs/pubs to have users link their accounts from their side, not Steam's side.

You need to maintain your accounts for these types of services and steam cannot do this for you.

If you decide to link another 3rd party game account such as with epic or EA then you need to deal with them when you have issues with it as a lot don't allow multiple accounts to be linked to one steam account to prevent abuse or make it harder when people cheat in their games and then simply swap to a new account to bypass it.
Technically, there is one account linking done on Steam's side that I'm aware of.

If you go to your User menu you can go to the Content page. This is where your uploaded Screenshots, Artwork, Workshop items, and Videos are. Uploading a Video requires linking your YouTube account.

Do you want to unlink a YouTube account? Congratulations, this is something Steam can do.

Do you want to unlink anything else? Congratulations, what you're doing is basically the same thing as calling up the store where you bought your computer and demanding they fix a defective headset you bought off of Amazon instead of talking to the people who actually sold you the defective headset.

You need to talk to whatever support system exists for whatever system you went through when you told them you'd like to link your Steam account to their application.

For example, if you went to EA and told them you would like to link your Steam account to their EA account system, you will need to talk to EA about unlinking. If you went to Discord and told them you would like to link your Steam account to Discord so Discord will know and display your Steam account and no longer want Discord to remember your steam account, you need to go through Discord to remove that.

Steam Support can not help you with other company's systems, which is why there is no Support option for "I need help with a different company's product that Valve has no access or control over.".

No you it doesn’t sound like you do get it.

You didn’t link anything to your Steam account. The link was on a 3rd party’s account such as epic or ea. So you are linking something to your epic account for example.

Valve cannot just hack into ea or epic servers and remove that link. That would be illegal.

They cannot remove what they don’t have access to.

The same would apply if the linking was done on steam side. You would only be able to remove it from Steam. You would not be able to go to epic for example and remove it.
