Help! Total war Warhammer 3 campaign textures are bugged

I was wondering if anyone has a fix for or has experienced a sudden change to total war Warhammer 3 where no matter what settings you change every time you load into a game all the campaign textures are set to low?

I played it yesterday and everything was normal but today it's all messed up. Occasionally when I load out of a game the tool tip will tell me that the game auto set it as such due to a lack of memory but my GPU is holding steady at 80% usage.

This is effecting both realms of chaos and immortal empire but in any game mode my battles look perfectly normal.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game as well as deleting all mods off of steam workshop and yet the issue is still here.

My computer is capable of running it as like I said I played it recently and the games recommended settings button makes everything ultra although I play on high for performances sake.

Can anyone help? or at least point me in the right direction to look at some more things?

Ask CA/SEGA, that is that game support.

+ You have used mods, most will blaim it on that. ( wipe all game contect and start over as test, we are not going to help with modded content and its modder issue here. )

Modded content is user own resposibilities to deal with it.

ps.
You need to understand the combinations of mods and its consequences, even game devs might close your request for help.

And be happy someone dare tell you this.

Experience user that know whata clean install is , ( delete a mod dont remove it from save game or campaign , and also the left over files has been seen effect game. )

Dont forget Document user data from "the creative assembly" windows folder assume its still there CA has made it.

The mods weren't being used when I was playing at the time and all were up to date however I don't see how mods could be the problem when I deleted all 4 of them off my system before uninstalling and reinstalling Warhammer 3. Hence why I've come to ask for help.
