+ You have used mods, most will blaim it on that. ( wipe all game contect and start over as test, we are not going to help with modded content and its modder issue here. )
Modded content is user own resposibilities to deal with it.

You need to understand the combinations of mods and its consequences, even game devs might close your request for help.
And be happy someone dare tell you this.
ps.
Experience user that know whata clean install is , ( delete a mod dont remove it from save game or campaign , and also the left over files has been seen effect game. )
Dont forget Document user data from "the creative assembly" windows folder assume its still there CA has made it.
The mods weren't being used when I was playing at the time and all were up to date however I don't see how mods could be the problem when I deleted all 4 of them off my system before uninstalling and reinstalling Warhammer 3. Hence why I've come to ask for help.
