So i am not able to log in to my steam account. The email (partially hidden by asterisks) is not mine and the phone number is empty. its not able to find the steam account through the email but it recognises the username. I contacted steam support but hey are asking me for credit card details that i last used to buy any game but i haven't ever used any credit card. When i told them this that i haven't used any credit card every they told me we can't do anything about it then.
