Can I also activate trading on the community market, when i buy money into steam wallet? Or do I really only have to purchase the game?

Adding funds is sufficient.

Well, there is the "purchase older than 7 days but not older than a year" condition, which has to be an actual purchase.

Adding funds to your Steam Wallet counts as a store purchase.
