have bought cd KEY from a retailer for First Berserker . Khazan, however when i tried to activate it , it was region restriction . when i asked the retailer for refund, they have asked to get confirmation that there is no way to redeem the key in my region. i shared with the FAQ pages of steam that is saying it is retailer/supplier issue not related to steam , however, they insisted to get confirmation from steam support that this particular key cannot be activated in Saudi Arabia

I asked them to check with the publisher , however, they are insisting to get steam confirmation.

any help to move forward , or has anyone had this experience before?
