I'm not sure, some days or weeks ago, another steam user mentions steam webhelper aka over lay not working and i think steam user connect the 2 side here, with in game purcase issue using overlay to do the task.

Dont forget we are steam users here, we are not support, and steam overlay has been a issue over many months, even steam admit its was need for optimizing, and dont forget it was made years ago if not a decade ago, and service with it has expanded.

i and other only notice issue with it in old games that use same keys as overlay in the past, but, dont forget buy microtrasnactions was added much later.

So yes make steam ticket, you need support to look at what the hell happend here.

i doubt any clear cache or delete web cache or reset games own overlay or steam flush cmd ( google it, in how to do ) will fix this, but if it do then still contact steam with it. because what cause this in the first place.

ps.
and i doubt any user can tamper with micro transaction so this is why steam support is the only one that can look at this.
