How to fix purchasing hold on wallet funds
So my bf is trying to buy me the new Dispatch game with some funds he got from selling a Counter Strike skin but since he already bought his brother some games he got a hold or a strike or whatever put on his account so he can't buy me the game with his wallet funds. How can he get this removed? He tried contacting support but they kind just said "sorry, can't help. good luck."

Support said "no".

There is no other magic process or button to make it happen.

Have your BF use non-wallet funds as I'm sure Support explained was still an option.

they always place a hold for the first few large or unusual transactions on an account. I have had a few of these but no longer get them. they are usually gone quickly enough that it isnt a huge deal.
