i was playing cs2 when the power went out when I came back steam looked like it had been made by a 5 year old child in exchange for juice. The background had disappeared (it was just black) and the text was scattered when I went into cs some of my config settings were reset but the steam library was working .I cleared the cache and deleted various folders based on advice from the chat gpt but nothing worked. HELP PLEASE (I dont want to delete steam cuz i have many games)
