Steam Family adding game banned player

I wanna add my little brother to my Steam Family, but I noticed he has a Game Ban in CS2/CSGO (not a VAC ban for some reason) from 3 years ago.

I know if someone gets banned while in your family, you get banned in that game aswell I think, but that was 3 years ago, so my question is, will this ban affect me in any way if I add him?
