Combine profiles together lost games

Hello after long time using steam, for some reason i think one account was hacked so i combine the two profiles together. But for some reason i lost like 3-4 games that i bought. How can i contact support to help me in this issue?

You can not "combine" accounts.

Can I merge accounts?

Steam accounts can not be merged together. Per the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam game subscriptions / CD keys are nontransferable and cannot be reset / moved between Steam accounts.

Games can not be deleted. They can only be hidden. You can restore them at any time.

Try this:

Start here: https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/
Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
Click on the game.
Select It's not in my library.
Select Restore the previously removed package to my account.

You can also try to recover your "hacked" account.

You should read the legal policies you agreed to as it's obvious you didn't. Never sign a legal document without knowing exactly what you're legally agreeing to. Had you read them, you would know this isn't possible.
