My games became extremely laggy yesterday but whats strange after i alt tab and then comeback my fps skyrockets. before i got 140 fps in helldivers now i have 8 but after i alt tab i comes back again to 140. it started when i was playing and joined a meeting on microsoft teams i tried to alt tab and my pc crashed then i rebooted it and then it started lagging. also i know its not a hardware problem because it returned to normal yesterday and i was able to play normally.
