Yup, for me as well.
I use Zen Browser (basically Firefox).

Workaround while we wait for an actual fix:
1. Hover over the little arrow next to the Ignore button so it shows both ignore options.
2. While the ignore options dropdown is open, press TAB to cycle through all selectable/clickable UI elements until you reach "Play on another platform" (it scrolls the list when you switch to this element). SHIFT + TAB to go in reverse
3. Click on it as usual - done.

Please fix this.

It's the container overflow that hides the second choice, basically if you could change this css rule overflow to something other than hidden it would fix it:
I used a basic userscript to add the css but you can use Stylus or anything else.

I'm having this issue too, in both the Steam client and Firefox, and it's really annoying.
