You already admitted that you let someone else borrow your account. That alone is a SSA violation. Then you say you did it when you were 8, so you were underage which is another violation of the SSA. Then the person you loaned your account to was a cheater. So why should Valve trust you after all of that?
This account you are posting from doesn't have a VAC ban. I can only assume you are talking about a different account. I guess you must have something on that other account's inventory that is valuable.
