Steam just put a "rate limit" into my IP, and the ticket-system support its not helping at all
Since two weeks i have no acces to my inventory, the market, or just send trade offers to anyone. I send three tickets not even asking for a solution, just information. Them just give me the same automatized default answer all the times saying that they cant help me.

The "ban", or "restriction" its in my IP (if acces from another wifi, the problem dissapear). I dont have any extensions or VPN. If anyone knows how to fix this, pls.

PD: Sorry for my not so clear english.

You hit the api limit

You hit an API quota limit. This quota limit is IPv4 based. If restarting your router doesn't help, you'll have to wait it out.

IPv4 addresses are not unique anymore. As there are more humans (8 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT.[en.wikipedia.org]

For Valve's inventory and community market API this bundled together group of users using CGNAT or Dual Stack Lite looks like a single user.

If you waited several days to weeks, your only recourse is getting a public IPv4 address. It doesn't matter whether this one is static or dynamic. Ask your ISP on how to obtain one.

If you are behind Dual Stack Lite (shared IPv4 address, dedicated IPv6 prefix), temporarily disable IPv4 on your system after you made sure IPv6 support is enabled in your router to force Steam to use IPv6. Undo this step after you finished using the market or inventory (you will have to redo it every time you use either). Do not use this as a permanent solution because not every service on the internet did implement IPv6 support yet.

If you already have a public also known as dedicated IPv4 address, you should stop spamming inventory actions.

This maybe ones of those limits they put on to prevent scammers for cleaning out people's accounts. They put several of these over the recent years due to scammer activity on the rise. This is why we can never have good things as scammers ruin it for all of us.
It's been a bug for months; I'm from Argentina. It used to happen all night, from midnight until about 7 AM, two or three months ago. Now it seems to be happening now, about an hour ago, and it might fix itself in the same amount of time as before. We just have to wait for Valve to fix it.

There's nothing to fix. It's not a bug. It's doing exactly what Valve designed to it to do: limit the number of transactions that can be done from a single IP address. If you get hit with it, use a smartphone, tablet, or laptop from a different network than your home network.
