yup
all game time counts towards the 2 hour refund window
No, it doesn’t. Game time since the DLC was purchased is all that matters.
Idk how refunding a gift works but I know the receiver has to initiate it. Maybe in purchase history?
So the person who received gift must say they want to refund it. Then the person who sent the gift must also agree to the refund.
You can refund DLC within the same limits as a normal game purchase but it gets tricky. Doubly so if it's a gift purchase. Whoever gifted it to you will need to initiate a refund because they bought it. They may get denied initially because of the hours played. The system cannot track dlc time. They would need to go to their purchase and select "I have a question about this purchase" and explain what they are wanting to do. If Support approves of the refund request, I believe you are notified in some way to allow the refund to process.
Don't play anymore of the game until the refund is approved. Adding more time may cause the refund to be denied.
Good luck.
