my friend got messaged by ''Astrogidon'' who said that the accidently reported him for ''dupplicating and selling illegal items on the steam market, the support said me that your account will be ddeleted'' he showed some screen and one with a discord name (who's supposed to be a Steam mod) the name is ''mr.hoten1'' i sent a friend request and he added me instantly. i explained the situation and asked why is he contacting someone with discord when on the steam support it says that they'll NEVER contact anyone on discord or any other chat app. he send me some fake videos of him in the database. he ask me to send him the verification code that my friend got on his phone. started to make pressure on me to send him the code..

for someone who didn't know, at any time, any situation. Valve will NEVER ask you a verification code or any personal information. if its really a Steam mod, they can see everything on your account without giving him any code or personal information
