cs2 spray problem

whenever i spray 10-15 bullets my bullets going way to up like i have to pull my mouse so down in order to hit body shots and before it wasnt like this but idk how to fix it .
any help would be appreciated !!!!
i tried sens changing viewmodels rate 786432 to 100000 still same
