I like Steam Game Recording a lot how it works and how handy it is but I keep running into different issues and I'm just considering dropping it for now. If any of you know a way to fix it please let me know.

1. Timeline (blue‑bar) markers and other elements disappear if I save a video to Steam and then export it.
2. Very often, I’m no longer able to save timeline chunks to Steam, it just does nothing when I try.

I have been playing on a newly built PC (specs on my profile aren’t up to date yet), running Windows 11, 25H2, with the current stable Steam build.

I tried few times to delete all my recordings from Steam settings. I switched to no recording deleted and then switched back to 360 minutes recording but it made no difference.
