Steam app closes whenever trying to continue a payment

I wanted to buy the new EU5, but when i add it to my bag to buy it, and i fill in all the details required for payment, whenever i press to move forward with the payment (the part where you actually will be able to pay for the game) the steam app closes.

Now i tried buying some dlc of another game, the same issue.

I tried buying some black diamonds in the GOT game, same issue.

I never experienced this issue before.

I don't get any report, so i don't know what goes wrong, except for the fact that the app closes and i'm back into my windowsscreen or my gamescreen.

Is this some bug?

Has anyone the same experience? Either today or in the past?

Change payment card, not the first time, some card get flagged seen from the past as not fallowing bank/credit card rules among them.

make sure you dont use a renewal card you need to open at own creditcard status page.

i can only suggest odd issue if you have them or not i do not know.

ps.
watchout for ingame buyout yhats is know as microtransaction and require steam web helper to work aka ( steam overlay ) do not have other overlay running nvida discrod or other apps can do this today.) but that has nothing toda with checkout at steam i dont think they use overlay there,

or ask steam support, im sure they want to know why you can't buy something

ps.
make sure saldo is in + , not all creditcard/bank will accept negative saldo.

I actualy found a way to bypass my issue, without finding the root of my problem.
I opened my steam account in an webbrowser, went to the shop there and was perfectly able to buy the game.
It seems to be an issue whenever i want to buy directly through using the steam-app?
