How to level up your steam account for free?

İf you want to level up you can do 4 things. First you can buy new games every dolar you spent you get xp and 100 steam points. Second craft badges every badge is 100xp, you can craft badges with your trading cards and if you don't have enough you can buy them in the market for a cheap price. Third, if you buy games a lot and don't spend your steam points you can go to the point shop than to seasonal badges you can buy 100xp for 1000 steam points. Fourth, you can ask someone to gift your account a community reward every reward is 10xp and people can donate it with steam points.

However, that is pretty much the worst way to get XP, and should only be seen as a minor side effect of purchasing games.

Also, it's not about "dollars" (or other currencies) -- the game collector badge counts games.
