Steamwebhelper no opening
My steam app works sometimes and not others, I worked with stem support and we couldn’t figure it out so try said to come here

Widows 10 OS
Cubic not BBr2 if you’re wondering.

Make sure steam.exe is added to antivirus app exceptions rules.
and we have seen sevurity app need other exe added in the past

steamwebhelper.exe is still a executable file.

i did not say this is it, i said its good idead to ruleout this.

ps.
you can find many post with this, even when ppl have gave up and worst case reinstall steam and sometimes OS before it get fixed.

watchout for delete steam icons, as we said make sure you know what have backup files, so toy can restore it.


we have also seen other steam user has to enter windows users profile and wipe steam data there. ( before steam work for them. )

I googled OSissye and can’t find anything in it. Can you clarify?
