I have got the message:

Trading
We've confirmed that your account, , is currently unable to participate in trading.

What is the reason, now I am affraid since I have not done anything and got a lot skins with high value in the inventory!

Did you change your profile name? You get a 4 hour trade cooldown every time you change your profile name.
