That guide is worthless. It links to reset page and it ask for email or number. I already stated it keeps defaulting to this account because all the information is the same so i cant access my older account which is my original steam account from day 1 of steam release.

Update : I managed to get my account username which is a random number generated by Steam due to us not having usernames back in the early days of steam. It registers it as a phone number instead of a username so i can't reset it because its trying to reset the number as if it was a phone number. It has 17 numbers as the username
How do we ping a mod in here? Why is there no real support team?!
The username is the login you use, not the name that shows at Steam. In the past it might be the email that you used to create account.
