is this a legit steam support email?: support@valvesteamservices.com
A random person on discord sent me screenshots where u can see y account purchasing an 800USD cs2 knife. They say someone might have impersonated my account, but idk.

1. No, it's a very obvious scam. Come on, they sent it to you on a third-party service. Surely that wasn't obvious enough? Steam will NEVER contact you through third-parties, they have their own support system.

2. There is no support email.

They are trying to intimidate naive people into this feeling of 'urgency' and catch them off-guard to make them follow along. Either way, it's a scam, report & block whoever dmed/invited you and enjoy the reest of your evening/day

Scammers need to make contact first, otherwise they can't run their scam story.

And it generally helps to pretend they are some kind of Steam support.
