I have constantly been using Steam in offline mode because my internet have not been working properly lately.

I was trying to fix a game that wasn't working and in the process i emptied the Download Cache.

Afterwards when i oppened Steam the screen with Steam symbol and some blue line spinning around is stuck and nothing else happens.

I tried various fixes from the internet allready but i only want to try connecting to internet as a last attempt.

Do anyone know of any other solutions?
