Error -118
Some help me! Am getting this -118 error when am on home or community tab, even when I try to open steam's website I can't open it, it just says took too long to respond
The only things (hopefully) are
1) upgrading to windows 11 because I was getting problems with my bluetooth not showing up and win 10 now ended support so I had to upgrade
2) yesterday i used this software technitium mac addresses change to change my Mac address (which I think the culprit is, not 100% sure though)
Things i would like to add are that when i used my mobile's hotspot steam works as expected and even when i connect to my broadband with ethernet cable it works but when i connect to it with wifi it doesn't
I've tried resetting my network setting, uninstalled and reinstalled my wifi drivers, flushing my Mac address, resetting are the firewall settings to factory settings
It was working fine 3-4 days ago

I can still open library, update games but opening games (Marvel rivals) doesn't work, it says steam disconnected or something
Which means my network is working and is not blocked by steam servers??? What might be the issue

More thing I forgot to add is that it doesn't always give -118 error sometimes it gives other error one of which is -102.
When i open steam's website or it's mobile app on my android device WITH THE SAME WIFI OF MY BROADBAND it works fine
