Steam Support wait time on Hardware refunding
I purchased the two base stations and a set of index controllers a week ago (6th November 2025) and they came to my house two days ago (11th November 2025). I found out just how difficult it would be to place them in my room, the right controller thumbstick had issues, as well as my friend telling me that steam will be announcing new hardware in a couple days (yesterday L).

So Iasked for a return and refund. Everything has been fine so far but its been nearly 18 hours since I got a response from support about my return slips for the items. Its Thursday as of writing this but im only able to get to the post office to return it on saturday. Does anybody know of a maximum wait time for return packaging?
