Refund Arc Raiders

Hi,

Trying to refund Arc Raiders after 3 hours and 28 minutes of playtime.

I see that the maximum playtime allow is 2 hours according to the steam refund policy, which they are citing as the reason for their refusal to refund.

I believe game time includes everything from updating shaders, setting up controls and graphics and then actually testing it. I have gotten at least two hours of solid gameplay and experienced it enough to make an informed decision.

I just dont think is unreasonable to expect a refund at this stage, and wondered if there is anything else i can do?

game time = the EXE is running. what you are doing in the game does not matter, steam cannot see that. steam can only see that the game is running and that is what counts.

you can try a manual ticket, but dont expect a refund. if they give you one, dont expect them to do it again at a later time.

select the purchase, then select "I have a question" and make your request there.

the refund system is not there for you to demo game, steam can and has removed the ability to get refunds when they feel someone is abusing the system (demoing games is considered abuse)
