Can I use a Steam wallet code from a different country if my country supports the same currency?
The Steam currency in Bangladesh is USD. I was wondering if I could just purchase a US wallet code since both the currency uses USD. Steam in Bangladesh has no support for local BDT currency so I'd like to know if buying USD wallet codes will suffice or not.

Yes, it doesnt even have to be same currency.

If you for example have USD currency but try to activate wallet code for EUR (or other currency), Steam will automatically convert the amount of money

ah ok, i was confused cuz the words "region locked" and "currency locked" got tossed around everywhere
