I put this in the wrong topic last time
I'm on an xbox but still writing this here because idk where else to say this.
I downloaded PTSD Mental Health Management System and then deleted it soon after, One effect of the mod is adding a red glow to all living npcs, even after it was deleted I still see the glow.
I have reinstalled and deleted it and nothing had fixed it, does anyone know how I could fix this?

if you need help with a game, post in that games forum
if you need help with a game mod, post in that games forum or contact that mods creator
