I can't create a collection, there is no button

Look at this picture, in this picture there is a button under 'my workshop files' to create a collection.

For me there is no button, it goes straight to "Browse by" for me. I made a collection before but now there is no button.

This is extremely late, but for those still looking, going to this link http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/browse/?browsesort=toprated&section=collections&appid=730&childpublishedfileid=470081137 should bring up a create collection button on the side if you are logged in to steam.

I couldn't make more than 1 collection either, but just find the appid of your game, and replace the xxx at the end of this llink with the appid: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/editcollection/?appid=xxx

For others that might find this, this is not the best tutorial for creating mod collections imo, as this method only allows you to create your first collection.

If you want to create more thereafter, you have to go to the game's workshop page, and under the browse dropdown tab, click no Collections. Then to the right is a button to Create a Collection.

However, this currently doesn't work if the game is family-shared.
