That because it haven't release yet? It said release on Nov 4th 2025, so maybe in couple hours, or so, just check the game main website see if there a time zone release date that shows exact hour when it releases for you.

Note often games don't release as soon it hit 12AM on the day, they often release at designated time, either per region time, or world wide UTC time.

Thank you for your answer, the game was already purchased and Steam accepted the key, so it seems strange to me because every time I buy it and transfer it to Steam, it downloads directly

Publishers can see games before release, think of it like pre order, and not out yet, you're just waiting until it releases for everyone.

Im still waiting for the activation key in the email , is normal ?
