Can I use steam wallet money to buy Steam Deck?

I'm from Pakistan. I wanted to buy a steam deck and have a few hundred dollars in my steam wallet. I was wondering if I could use that money to buy steam deck? I have a friend who's visiting USA this winter so I can get it delivered to her address (accessing steam deck page is another haste as the it shows not available in your region). OH GODS OF STEAM SEND HELP (CRYING EMOJI HERE)
