steam account password and ewmail deleted.
Alright, so I was going to game on steam yesterday, and upon logging into the account it said that my password was incorrect. I kept typing in my original password until I figured it would be just smarter to reset it. Then, when I went to reset it, it said that my email was incorrect. I tried to go through the account recovery process, but when I looked at the email associated with the account, it was just blank, and had nothing in the field.

Prior to this, I was VAC-banned from the account, and the email and password being deleted was coincidentally after that, and after I put in an appeal. Now I want to go back to the account recovery process, it says that I already have a help request open, so I cannot start another one.

Can someone please please, help me in the account recovery? Thank you, have a good day.

Don't share your account name. Only you should know it.

I'm pretty sure your account is compromised and the VAC ban was just a fake ban message on your profile. You can not appeal a VAC ban.

Did you open a ticket when you first attempted to recover your account, or did you cancel the account recovery process?

Have you been logged out of all other accounts before starting the account recovery process?

yea i opened a ticket before and iu have logged out of all accounts during it

Then just wait for a response from Steam Support.

they did respond and didnt unban me asking me for old card info i dont have anymore and then i sent a note saying i have no longer have the info for that card and then i was kicked
