Steam Support Ticket no response
Hi, I have created two tickets on 30.10, one of them was answered in like 3 hours, and the other is unanswered to this day. Typical response time is advertised as 2.33 hours to 15.38 hours, but it's over 45 now. Should I close the ticket and create a new one? Or create a duplicate? This is my first time writing to Steam support, so I really don't know if I should just patiently wait or the ticket was lost in the matrix.

Patience is a virtue for a reason. Without knowing the details, it might be a lower priority than other tickets.
