new payment method failure
I am trying to add my payment method and steam keeps telling me that my billing address is incorrect; however it is correct i have contacted my bank and verified the address is correct and the charges are approved on their end. they said i need to contact steam and have them approve the charges on their end; however steam support is no help. i tried different payment methods and all are giving me the same error. any advice?

Other than to tell you to verify every detail of the billing address and contacting Support, there's not much else to advise.

If you're copying/pasting, try typing it out instead. Make sure you're putting the correct details into the correct fields.

I had an issue with one website that wouldn't accept the fact the name on the card was just my first initial followed by my surname. I had to put my full forename in to get it to accept it. Might be something like that.
