I can see the files when browsing https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/account/remotestorage but how do I delete them?

There's a lot of old entries of deleted non-steam shortcuts that Steam keeps re-downloading to (Steam/steamapps/common/Steam Controller Configs/<user-id>/config/) even when locally deleted. They keep creating conflicts in my Syncthing setup.

Edit: Ok I found a workaround by re-creating the shortcut of the input profiles I need to delete using the exact same name of the old shortcut, then deleting the controller input profile from the Steam app. Wish there was an easier way to do this.
