I already contacted support team. but when I am waiting I figured I will try to ask if anyone's facing the same issue.

For the last two weeks, if I want to buy a game and I want to use my Steam Wallet I have to fill billing information like Name, Address,... This is normal and I do this everytime without any issue. But now I am facing an issue where when I fill the billing information and then click on the Continue button, the steamwebhlepr crashes and it resets the whole steam window, so after it loads again, I am on my library page. This repeates everytime I try to click the Continue button on the billing page. I can buy the games with other methods like Paypal.

I was able to "fix it" temporarily, when I deleted steamwebhelper.exe in the cef folder STEAM\bin\cef\cef.win7x64\, then it worked, but after I closed the Steam and then opened it again, the problem was there again.

I also tried clearing all the cache files.
