Activated, redeemed. Games are tied to the account you bought it with.
If it is in you library, then it is tied to your account for life. There is no way to remove it. All deleting the files does is remove the game from you local system, not the account/library.
That little nugget took 11 years, almost 12.
A class action won't win.
A class action won't do ♥♥♥♥. There is nothing and i mean nothing illegal about licensing software. You were sold a personal license to play the game nothing more.
Valve cannot legally allow you to resell that license. They own zero rights to 99.9% of the games sold here.
