NEED HELP! Steam client can not communicate with login servers
This issue started a few days ago. I tried logging into Steam and was greeted with an infinite loading wheel after entering my credentials. The qr code for login won't load, it also shows an infinite loading wheel. After some digging around with the steam client I got it to give me an error message stating "failed to communicate with login servers. Try again later". I looked online and various steam discussion posts and I have tried the following:

Uninstalled and Reinstalled Steam Multiple times (rebooted inbetween attempts)
Deleted Appcache files
Deleted Local App Data
In CMD running as Admin: "netsh winsock reset catalog" "netsh int ip reset reset.log" "ipconfig /flushdns"
Runned Steam as admin
Changed Internet Protocol Version 4 Preferred DNS Server "8888" Alternate DNS server "8844"
Disabled Firewall
Disabled Secure Boot (Most recent major change I made to my computer)
Reinstalled Windows 10

This issue started the day Silksong came out and shut down all gaming distributor platforms. I have a suspicion that something Steam changed caused this issue, but I know that is most likely not the case. It was the only major thing that has happened in between when my steam was working and started having this issue. I truly need a hero as all attempts have been met with the same dissatisfying result and I do not really know what else I could possibly do. I have burned the whole field for one weed and the weed is still there.

Try manually installing "DigiCert Global Root G3" certificate from the digicert website. This is what steam is currently using. Apparently some computers are missing it.

Thank you for the helping out, but I downloaded the certificate and my problem is still persisting
That's unfortunate. On friday, steam's certificate expired and was renewed with a new one. This has been causing the infinite login for some users.
Perhaps u can double check that the certificate was installed successfully by opening certlm.msc and then opening the "Trusted root certificates"->"Certificates" folder. "DigiCert Global Root G3" should be there. Do a windows restart, just in case.
You could also try using a different internet connection, even phone hotspot, to exclude the chance that the router is causing the issue.

Check steam logs, if you got a steam error code that code bring light over with why you have that login issue.

Following up that I still cant log into steam. I have reached out to steam support multiple times and they have been absolutely useless. I believe it might be a DNS issue as I have been able to get steam to give me error code 105. However I have change my DNS server address to the google dns and cloudflare dns. I have also flushed the dns cache as will. I feel like I have been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ smited and I dont know what to do.

According to this its a IP ban, ( its not a DNS issue ) DNS so the lookup only, are you on a ISP with pooled IP adr that give you new one. ( i forgot the old term they use here,
its a long time ago with modem ip adr pool. ( as fare as i know stteam do not need to IP ban you they can lock your account, i think your ISP is the issue, unless steam have huge issue with your ISP ip adr pool that they have exclude all from that ISP.

Why you are in all of this, i do not know , ( this is you and your ISP and steam only issue. )

Some ISP can be a scrwup then ppl are allowed to make havoc on the internet and they do noting about it. ( also why ip pool can be banned. )

make sure you get it, we dont know here whats the issue is. ( we are steam user here. )
we just read code 105 and rest is could be a explantion, now you know why some ip adr can get issue and you might have noting to do with it, other then now has the adr other did the havok with it.

And we are only steam user here, we are not support.

i will ask your ISP ( they have internet support ) ISP = Internet service provider.

I have tested this issue on a separete network that uses a different IP address and service provider, so I am 100% sure it is a device specific issue. Thank you for the time and consideration.
