For HK, the version of InControl in use has a mapping profile that fits the DualSense over USB but not BT. Over BT (at least how InControl NativeInput reads the controller) the analog mapping differs, so what should be assigned to a stick ends up being assigned to a trigger etc. Pull a trigger halfway/fully and see what happens.
I read that the name the DualSense presents itself was changed after a certain firmware update, so if you haven't updated to/past that firmware, one option for HK is to turn off NCI (HK main menu > Options > Controller > Native Controller Input = OFF, restart the game).
The controller will end up being matched to the UnityInput DualShock 4 profile.
Or enable Steam Input for HK prior to launching the game (right-click HK in your Steam Library > Properties > Controller > set override to 'Enable Steam Input') and have NCI on (gets you rumble). You'll get Xbox prompts so use a button prompt mod if you want PS prompts.

Or could use a tool that can emulate a DualShock 4, e.g. DS4Windows.
