Weirdly, the issue was solved a few days ago, I stopped thinking about it, and now I'm reading your comment, and I see it's come back.

Like I said initially, it works fine in Edge, so it simply must be a CSS or Javascript thing on Steam's website, we can't do anything from our end.

came here with this exact problem. i'm on brave, which is still chromium, and i'm having the same problem. hopefully it is fixed soon!
