And if we assume you dont get it if ISP dont use it, ( only blocking issue and filter can stop this also you or own ISP, steam in the other end do not have anything to do with your ipv6 issue.
What are the odds steam should block or made a mistake here is slim. ( and they still dont setup ipv6 for your connection. ( only thing is left is bad route and thats almost impossible.
ps.
dont forget alot of us, dont have it then our ISP did not enable it yet.
Yes it is the PC if ISP dont have it on, problem is with what, and you can remove ipv6, untill you need to reinstall it if someday ipv6 is required by ISP, and hope it work then needed. but atm what cause thisd at your pc we dont know.
then i say we, it seen before some pc user get outof the blue a issue with ipv6, and as fare as i know know on has explan with any reply why ipv6 failed or trigger why it dont work.
And as user here i will could say what other user did or install or have a software issue or what they have done on there system to make it fail, this is not simple then its actual very few steam user with it over the many years. ( and we are still only steam user here, and only have there side o0f this.
Contact own ISP, rule is if ISP use it,then you need it also.
ps.
make sure you dont have VIP portal, that you need to open for traffic.
