Scam. For your own safety, follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

yeah, on very shady screenshot of discussion by Augusta Butlin, i was allegedly scamming someone or someone was impersonating me for scams. Be careful

Apparently I am the very first profile on that thread which is interesting. Yeah I've been hacked before but there's nothing weird in my trades history? Like I haven't traded anything ever since I played TF2 regularly and that was a long time ago. Guess I'll try to contact this mod cuz there's no way they could've used my account for such a thing.

No, you weren't. The first link on one of the threads is steam://openurl/https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/my which will always open the profile of the logged in account viewing the link. The group itself is part of the scam, scaring clickers into believing they are being blamed. Posting to the group opens the poster to contact by a scammer.
