Steam removed Saved Uncompressed Screenshot option?

Google keep saying the option is there, but it is not on my most updated steam.

The uncompressed copy option is no longer avaliable

Steam > Settings > In Game > Save external copy

Save External Copy just saves a jpg version. I am looking for the option to save it as uncompressed (e.g. PNG).
