Account hijacked and altered, no way to fix bio and cannot contact a human at steam support

I googled and tried everything to open a help request but I have no idea how to.

Anyways, I was just on my PC playing a game on Steam when all of a sudden my steam avatar went to the question mark default, my friendlist chat box turned gray and my bio read (you can probably see it now):

"Тhis аccount has been flаgged as suspicious due to a potential viоlation of the Terms of Sеrvice Аgrеement. As a result, account features will be restrictеd. Lock are permanent, non-negotiable, аnd cаn only be lifted by Еmployee"

I then was contacted through the Steam chat on friends list named "Steam Support", which was clearly fake, and it was automated messages (a bot was prob doing all this) and this was the very first thing that happened, which asked me to confirm my number/email to the account. I stupidly replied yes, then immediately realized it was a scam. I did not verify my number with the code.

I immediately ran malwarebytes, nothing found. Logged out of Steam, deauthorized devices, changed all passwords, cleared browsing history and all cache/cookies, etc.

So far, everything seems okay, but what concerns me is that I have never had this happen before and I never click links or go to websites that are not places well known to be safe. I'm just baffled as to how this happened.

Also, I cannot change my bio back, it gives the error in red: Error: An error occurred while setting account details

Secure your account!

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

and next time dont use your steam login on other things then steam only

The profile editing cooldown is just a few hours. Be patient.

Wrong, it can be up to 24 hours.
