At any rate there's a number of circumstances that may trigger a trade cooldown. No need to overreact.
Your account does not have a trade ban.
You recently changed your name. You should be able to trade again by now.
Of course you haven't fallen victim yet. Most people using them haven't. If everyone using them got scammed right away, they wouldn't have useful fools to go around insisting they're legit and drag more people into their clutches.
These sites operate with patience and care. They let you use them without issue for months, or even years. And then when your number comes up, that's when they strike. they never tell you that you're being scammed. they always give an excuse and blame Steam for you losing your items to their scam. Sometimes you deposit an expensive item and they claim they never got the item and say you need to fun a fools errand of contacting support and getting them to "fix" the issue. Sometimes you go to withdraw items and they claim that they can't send you a trade offer because of a problem with your account that doesn't actually exist. But usually they get you to give them their login details through a fake login screen with the expectation that this will log you into their site. Then they set up an API key on your account and when you're not looking, they initiate market transactions, or redirect trades, or something like that. All of this is very well known on these forums. We see it all the time.
Never trade items for "credit" on some shady website. Always treat every trade like it is the last trade you will ever do with them. Always treat every trade like they have the ability to block you and never trade with you again. Because they do have that ability. Every single trading site that requires you to make a deposit on their bots is specifically requiring you disregard the Recommended Trading Practices as provided by Support: https://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com/en/faqs/view/18A5-167F-C27B-64A0
All third party skin trading/gambling sites are scams.
