Endeavour OS
KDE
I'm also running EOS & KDE with (currently) nvidia-open-dkms 570.144-3. Are you also nVidia?
It started happening to me about the same time you posted this.
I have no solution yet.
I'm also on nvidia-open-dkms, the issue was present on nvidia-dkms as well as the non dkms version too though
It was like that for me since I installed my linux
But, I don't seem to have that issue anymore on X11 now
So it might be a bug currently on Wayland compositor
And I had the issue again
It's resolved after going to steams settings, under interface and turning off
"Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart)"
Turning off the interface setting "Enable GPU accelerated rendering in web views (requires restart)" also fixed the problem for me.
