Bought battlefield 6 phantom edition using paypal pay in three, when i go into paypal it's saying payment pending, so once it is authorised will i then recieve my game?

yes

pending essentially puts a hold the funds till transaction completes. As soon as it completes the funds are transferred and you'll get access to what you paid for
